To help us sort things out quickly, please include your device model, its iOS or Android version, the PetMog version (shown in Settings) and a screenshot if something looks wrong.

What does PetMog do?

PetMog turns your pet's photos into cute, shareable cards: PetMog reports, Pet MBTI personality results, "What is my pet thinking?" thoughts, "Date my pet" profiles, daily challenges and Pet Photo School tips.

How much does PetMog cost?

PetMog is available with an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly. Any active plan unlocks the whole app. Current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PetMog → Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PetMog → Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested through them. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund instructions in the Play Store. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help.

I subscribed but the app is still locked.

Open the paywall and tap Restore, making sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the approximate date of purchase.

My report didn't load or failed.

Check your internet connection and tap Try Again. Clear, well-lit photos of your pet's face and body give the best results. If it keeps failing, email us.

Where are my saved cards?

Every card you make is saved in the Reports tab. Open a card to share it again or delete it.
