Delete your PetMog account
You can delete your PetMog account and its data at any time.
Delete in the app
Open PetMog.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, your pet profiles, answers, saved cards and photos. It can't be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, or have any other request or question about your data, email founder@deox.app with the subject "Delete my account". Please send it from an address we can reply to, and include any details that help us find your account (for example your pet's name and the date you subscribed). We'll confirm when your data has been deleted, normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your pet profiles and quiz answers
Your saved cards and reports, and the photos used to make them
Any data linked to your account on our servers
We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example purchase records for tax and accounting), and only for as long as needed.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android) to avoid further charges. See Support for steps.
